1 / Where will the retreat take place?
Our retreat will be nestled in the beautiful Portuguese countryside, 10-minute drive from Aljezur and 1.5h from Faro airport. It's a private property - a retreat center with accommodation up to 10 people. We will share the address in the welcome email.
2 / What is the best airport to fly to?
Faro airport is the closest airport. You can also fly to Lisbon and take a bus to Aljezur which takes around 3.5h.
3 / How can I reserve my spot and what's the payment process?
To reserve your spot, simply complete the booking form available on our website and proceed to pay the required deposit. The remaining payment will be due by March 1st. This non-refundable deposit secures your place in the retreat, allowing you to join us for this transformative experience.
4 / Can I attend if I'm new to retreats or these practices?
Absolutely! The retreat is open to all levels of experience. Whether you're new to retreats or have been on similar journeys before, our program is designed to welcome and support everyone in their personal journey of growth and self-discovery.
5 / How many participant there are on retreat?
The Deep Reset Retreat ensures an intimate experience, with a maximum capacity of 10 participants. This limited size allows for personalized attention, fostering deeper connections, and a more supportive environment for each attendee.
6 / What type of accommodation is available at the retreat?
We offer twin rooms for accommodation during the retreat. They will be randomly allocated, however if you're coming with a friend, let us know!
7 / Is it possible to book treatments during the retreat?
Yes, we offer the option to book additional treatments during your stay at the retreat. Feel free to inquire about available treatments and schedule them according to your preferences.
8 / Can I extend my stay beyond the retreat dates?
No, unfortunately, it's not possible. However, there are many Airbnbs around and we're happy to recommend.
Cancelation Policy
1 / General policy
There is no cancellation nor refund for any reason including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, pandemics, illness, health conditions, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, bankruptcy, or change of mind. For the sake of fairness and inclusion, this applies to everyone including friends / family.
If you cannot reach the retreat or training due to unforeseen circumstances of any reason, including but not limited to loss of job, travel bans, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed, or canceled flights, training/retreat/workshop fees are unfortunately non-refundable and non-transferable.
Also, if you arrive late or need to leave a training or retreat early, or you will be missing training days online, you will not receive any refund on the remaining time of your training/retreat/workshop online or in person.
We strongly recommend purchasing at least a travel cancellation insurance and health insurance that covers a sudden illness etc.
We reserve the right to remove a participant from the program if their behavior is disruptive. In the event of such dismissal, no refunds will be made for travel, meal, or accommodation packages booked or the training.
2 / Your deposit
We require a 500€ deposit to secure your spot. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no exceptions to this policy, for any reason. For the sake of fairness and inclusion, this applies to everyone including friends / family.
3 / Your insurance
It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a purchase. If booking an in-person training or a retreat, we strongly recommend that you get travel cancellation insurance and an extension to your health insurance to cover any possible loss.
